There is some irony in the fact that Gloria Taylor really does not want to die. Not now. But she does want to decide when, and how. Her supporters say she cried with relief Friday morning, after a B.C. Supreme Court justice declared that laws preventing assisted suicide are unconstitutional.
Canada's Supreme Court has decreed that laws against physician aided death are unconstitutional. Oh! Canada!
